Barrister Parvateesam is the most humorous novel ever , written by Mokkapati Narasimha Shastry in the year 1924. This work is regarded as one of the best-written novels in India.  I know this novel because of my 10th class studied in Andhra Pradesh.  The State Govt. Education Board included this novel in Telugu subject (Non-detail).  It's a popular novel even before including in the Telugu subject book as it was written in 1924.
