BAAHUBALI - CHARACTER POSTERS - LISTEN SONGS - TRAILER - THEATERS

Story:

The film starts with Shivagami (RamyaKrishna) & a baby boy (Amarendra Bahubali - Prabhas) escaping from warriors. During the escape, Shivagami dies , But she saves the child and gives to some villagers. The villager's names the boy "Shivudu" and he grows up with ultimate skills. His only dream from the childhood is to reach the top of the hardrock (waterfalls) and to know what there is ! He fails again and again to reach the hardrock. One fine day, He gets a mask of a person from the waterfalls. He imagines the girl with that mask shape and reaches the top of the hardrock with the help of his imagination (Avanthika - Tamannah). There he meets Avanthika, who works with a team to save Deva Sena (Anushka), from Bhallaladeva. Shivudu falls in love with her and decides to fulfill her dream (Releasing Devasena from Bhallaldeva). During the sequence, He comes to know that he is the son of Baahubali (Prabhas) and his flashback.

     What's the flashback? , That forms the second half , That you have to watch on the big screen!

Plus Points:

The first major asset of the film is Characterization of each character and the characters! Let's talk about the characters performance after the completion of plus points. And the technical aspects are discussed in a seperate section. 

• For the first time in the history of Indian Cinema, A film is made with internation technical standards and each frame is made of quality & content.
• The word "Goosebumps" you feel for every ten minutes of the film , And feels what SS Rajamouli's capacity is!
• The Art work is extraordinary, Each and every set is ultimate.
• The locations in the first half are never before seen in the Indian Cinema.
• The war sequence in the second half between Maahishmathi and Kaalakeya is just marvellous.
• Shivalingam sequence is just goosebumps.
• The Interval bang "Baahubali...Baahubali..Baahubali" slongan among the people and Rana's looks are terrific.
• Eventhough there is a single dialogue for Devasena (Anushka), The single dialogue is powerful and fulfilled with royality.

Performances:

Please...Don't blame me for the continuous , Excellent-Terrif-Awesome words..Because it's an SS Rajamouli's film and his characters. Hope you understand ;)

Ramya Krishna as Shivagami - The Epitome of Justice:

Among all the characters including the lead co-stars, Shivagami alias Ramya Krishna's performance is just terrific. She is the major asset of the film. Her royality is just mindblowing in each frame , where she appears.

Prabhas as Shivudu & Baahubali:

First of all, We have to appreciate his dedication. He worked hardly for 3 years for Baahubali! He concentrated only on Baahubali and he gave 2 years of callsheets to the film.

     His body is just terrific , He completely fit to the role and justiced his character. While climbing the hard rock, His body language is excellent. His scenes in the flashback are cameout well.

Rana Daggubati as Bhallaladeva:

What can we discuss about this guy? Really, we have to salute for his commitment. He debuted with Leader as an innocent guy and this is his career's major step. He signed as Villain for Baahubali! We appreciate you sir!

     He is completely immersed as Bhallala Deva, the Cruel Lord of Maahishmati! His scenes in the war sequences are really awesome. His body is completely fit to oppose Prabhas's character.

Satya Raj as Kattappa:

The word "Kattappa" comes from Shivagami. That scene, i remember when i hear the name "Kattappa". His performance is terrific during his sequences with Rana and in the war. Undoubtedly he is another major asset of the film.

Prabhakar as Kalakeya Lord:

For the first time, Prabhakar got a big role and that too in Baahubali! He is excellent as Kaalakeya lord. His performance and cruel body language makes perfectly acceptable as opponent to Maahishmati.

Tamannah as Avanthika:

For the first time, I've seen perfection in Tamannah's acting skills.

Nassar as Bijjaladeva:

He is good as Bijjaladeva, a cunning character in the film and the husband of Shivagami, Mother of Bhallaladeva (Rana).

Rajamouli as wine seller:

For the first time, The Captain of the Ship, SS Rajamouli appeared in a guest role. In an interview long ago , He said he got many offers to act in side roles. But he refused and continued that he'll not act and will continue as Director. Here today, He appeared in Baahubali as a wineseller in Dongalakota scene. He is cool :)

Minus Points:

• Avanthika, a warrior in the group doesn't knows even a tattoo is being fixed to her hand!
• The climax is just unfinished. Yes it's not a minus point because there's Baahubali - The Conclusion! But, Minus is, Let's wait for one more year :P
• After a powerful war sequence in the second half, The few seconds conversation between Shivudu, Villagers with Kattappa is not that great! Why i'm highlighting this is , Because every conversation else is great!

Technical Aspects:

• 25 Nataional Award winners worked for the film. 20000 Weapons are designed. 15000 sketches are used. Nearly 2000 junior artists worked for the battle sequences. The number's says everything.
• They worked day & night schedules during the post-productions. The Art work is never before seen in the history of Indian Cinema. Nearly 15000 sketched are used.
• Each and Every frame from the titles are made up with Internation Standards with just a budget of 120 crores, which is very low when compared to hollywood films.
• Undoubtedly, SS Rajamouli is one of the pillar of Indian Cinema, who treats film making as a passion! His dedication and commitment, hats-off sir!
• MM Keeravani , never compromised! He gave his best Background score from the beginning and especially for the Interval, Shivalingam and War sequences.

Verdict:

On the whole, Will say one thing , Just go and watch the film without reading some idiot reviews. It's the pride of Indian Cinema! You can feel it after coming out of theaters! I'm sure that, Baahubali will remain as a milestone in the history of Indian Cinema. Go and enjoy the film!
