How to Enable Calling Feature in Whatsapp (Android)

Whatsapp is the world's simple Messenger, loved by billions of users. This year, Whatsapp launched Calling feature in its messenger. Presently, the feature is not accessible to all due to its test period. But, With the latest version (2.11.561) of Whatsapp, if any one calls you on Whatsapp, the calling feature gets activated on your Mobile. You can follow the procedure here and enjoy free calling on Whatsapp (works with 2G networks also!).

Requirements:

  • Android Operating System 2.1 or above
  • Active Internet Connection
  • Not supported for Tablet devices

How to Enable Calling Feature in Whatsapp:

  • First download the official Whatsapp app (beta version) from the official website.

  • After downloading the app, Install it. (Note: You must tick unknown sources in Security settings of your Android device).
  • And now, you've to get a free Whatsapp call from anyone. And then, the Whatsapp calling feature will be activated on your Mobile.
