Cine Actor, Jana Sena Party Chief Pawan Kalyan visited Khammam city today to full fill the dream of a childd named Sreeja, whose last wish is to meet Pawan. Unfortunately, Sreeja has Brain Tumor. Doctors confirmed that she'll not live many days and through Make a Wish, the child requested to see Pawan Kalyan and that's her last wish. Pawan Kalyan agreed to fulfill her dream and here are the photos!
