Barrister Parvateesam is the most humorous novel ever , written by Mokkapati Narasimha Shastry in the year 1924. This work is regarded as one of the best-written novels in India.  I know this novel because of my 10th class studied in Andhra Pradesh.  The State Govt. Education Board included this novel in Telugu subject (Non-detail).  It's a popular novel even before including in the Telugu subject book as it was written in 1924. Barrister Parvateesam - Synopsis:          This novel consists of 3 parts.  The first part is about how Parvateesam goes England from his village (Narsapuram), The second part is about his life in England and the last part is about his return from England to his hometown and the things he did after his Barrister.          A village guy, who don't know anything except his village and Telugu language want to do Barrister.  For that, he wants to go England.  Without saying anything to his family, he secretly prepares and starts to go England

What's Special Status: The term defines it all.  Special Status to a State is nothing but the Centre treats the State in a special way, like giving additional grants, tax exemptions..etc in all most all the possible matters.  After the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh in 2014, the Govt. at the Centre has promised the State to give Special Status for 5 years.  The Prime Minister (Manmohan Singh) announced it in the Parliament.  But, unfortunately, elections changed everything.  Now the present Union Govt. is not willing to grant Special Status to Andhra Pradesh or any other state.        Most people today are not aware of Special Status to a State.  Let's see some things about Special Status and how it differs from Special Package .
